Q&A

What inspired you to become a therapist?

Life is a journey and I began to recognize how many challenging situations often cause us to go off track. I wanted to help people on their journey and work through those challenging situations that can create discord to live one's life to the fullest.

What do you feel are your greatest strengths?

Compassionate care is my biggest strength! Therapy is a guide that is meant to bring you closer to what you identify as important or value in your life. I help clients learn skills to change one's self, to improve relationships with self or others, and to have a better understanding of where one may fit within the context of what one values in life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

A mutual development of goals for therapy, building partnerships with clients to utilize strengths and imploring a holistic approach to address mental health goals. Recognizing the relationship that mental health plays into an individual’s overall health needs helps clients view themselves as a whole person.
