What inspired you to become a Peer Mentor with Nema Health?

After undergoing therapy and witnessing my own journey of recovery, I felt compelled to become a Peer Navigator with Nema. My personal experience taught me the profound joy of rediscovering myself and ignited within me a passion to support others on their paths to healing from PTSD.

How has your own life changed since recovery from PTSD?

I find myself experiencing the same joy for life that I had in my childhood, filled with excitement for the countless possibilities ahead. It's not just a return to myself; it's like discovering a new and improved version of my best self.

‍What can clients expect in working with you?

Having recovered from PTSD, I extend my hand in support when others need it most. I'm a peer and a shoulder to lean on. I offer understanding, love, empathy and compassion.
